“They try their best”

I think the team does try their best to deliver great timely service but there is only so much they can so as the laws of immigration continuously change and they are only at the receiving end of these changes, same as anyone trying to apply without the help of an agency. Having said that, Betterplace Immigration tries their best to give personal attention to all cases, my case manager was very prompt and helped me at each stage of PR.
