The only down side is the need to find appropriate 'head shots' to load. Also the number of 'really good' videos is limited. So, your limited in 're-sending' someone that you have already sent that video. But, besides that it is a great program and well worth the cost.

I'm amazed how fast you can get things from Amazon especially if your a "prime" customer (you pay about $100 per year and get free 2 day shipping on most items). It is not unusual for me to order an item that shows up the next day. Returns are just as easy, however, if you return something that 'you did not like' as apposed to does not work or was not what the description stated, they take the return cost out of your refund. When you request a return, they send you an email with a shipping form to print. I use Amazon a lot, but I also do a 'google' search for the product to be sure it is the best price. I find in most cases when you add the shipping from the other vendor Amazon comes out lower. And I keep in mind the easy return process.

The program is easy to work with, but a bit of a learning curve. There is NO support, did you hear me, NO SUPPORT! I have sent many emails trying to get my two apps published (which look great I might say, but noone will know). The best resource I have found is youtube but most of the videos are old. I wish they had online support or email support or, for that matter, any support at all.
