I paid both Bookings.com and City express for my 2 night stay. My experience was that the employees informed me that they would have to modify my reservation, but that was probably the way they trick the customers into much higher rates. They cancled my reservation upon me checking in, and the result is I paid both hotels.com and the city express. Very underhanded. This location also smells of sewer gasses.

Tip for consumers:
what ever reservation you make, double check it prior to submitting it . For god sake, do not let the hotel staff modify it . That's probably how the organization dictates how they rip off the clients. That is my opinion and my experience was awful.

Hotel - Awful. Smelled of sewer gasses, poor food, unscrupulous staff.

I was charged by Bookings.com and the hotel City Express in Ensenada. Very let down by this service.
My experience was that the hotel staff said they had to modify my reservation, but that was a ploy to double charge me. The hotel staff actually canceled the reservation on me, not modified it to add an extra night. Bookings.com will never assist you in resolving this since as you can see by the low ratings. My guess is the hotels have to rip the clients off to offset what bookings.com / hotels.com does to them...

Tip for consumers:
Be very careful that the reservation is 100% exact. Once you have to modify it, the experience will be horrible. I paid $900 for 2 nights at a cruddy motel in ensenada due to the overbilling issues.

be very careful when using this service, be exact and double check it. Do not let the hotel cancel and rebook the room for you or you will have the same problem as me, that is being double billed with no resolutions.

They seem to block negative reviews. I have attempted a few times, so I know this is the case. My laser is 50,000 green laser. It has a cycle max of 30 seconds. I typically use 10 second bursts so as not to get even close to the 30 seconds. It was very bright, but after 3 months, of say 12 times using this laser, it no longer works. The take away is that these are not durable toys. It took over a month to receive this laser.

Bad reviews are blocked on the laserpointerpros.com website. They would not publish my review
