Worst company EVER... product doesnt work 80% of the time, customer service is horrible! They don't know whats going on in their own company! I finally meet a sales girl 2 months ago in Vegas... there wasa tradeshow for consumer goods and i went with a friend who has a conveince store... i starter talking to some tiny girl who said she was the sales manager (what a joke)... said they offered a lifetime warranty and that they were the best company... i asked her to switch the battery that was not working and she said she couldnt do it on the spot! BS... 2 minutes later i saw her give someone a free kit... DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOOLS!
