Purchased two tractors through them. The John Deere I purchased for $30k, and recieved it. Everything was trashed. Tires were ripped almost completely through, all the seals were bad on the hydraulics, all the hoses were leaking, broken lights, ect. They would not help. I then put another $18k to get it back to great shape. They came to inspect to sell. I told them over and over that everything was nnew now, and told them to list all the work I did. Once they listed it said nothing of the new work, and said just in ok normal shape. When I read this I called my salesman who was terrible. He said he just calls the bidders and tells them. Hmmm. Common sense tells you that if you put it in the listing more people would bid creating a better sales price. They would not change it. Manager called me back, and stated that they did mess up, but nothing they will do. Talked to my attorney, and I do have a case. I am just debating on if I want to pursue it. I would not buy, or sell through them. Terrible experiences!
