I received a cold call from this company and although the advice is to stay away from doing business in this way I decided to explore further before making a decision. I did some online research and found although they are relatively new (a year old) there was nothing negative about them. I decided to give them a chance particularly as they were allowing you to renew your contract with them on a monthly basis. The website was poorly assembled and repeated text constantly throughout. I couldn't look up any of my online adverts, and I couldn't look up any online statistics to see what traffic was like eg google analytics. There was no formal contract detailing charges, how to look up your website, etc and that the charges would automatically recur without my consent. Customer service was terrible! Luckily I had used a temporary visa number to pay but when he realised they couldn't access funds one member of staff quickly threatened legal action rather than negotiating and clarifying any misunderstandings. To be fair he was removed and i was informed he had gone on 'holiday'. However, if they had put as much effort into meeting the needs of customers rather than the quick sale i might have continued with them.
