I placed my order on 11/1 with estimated shipping on 11/4. I paid for upgraded tracked shipping, and now it is 11/7 WITHOUT ANY MOVEMENT on my order. I contacted Customer Service on 11/5 about this, and was told it would take up to 5 days for them to respond. Today, I contacted the live chat and was told that I needed to remind them in 45 mins and come back then. I feel like the entire site is a joke and Customer Service is completely unhelpful. I have attached photos of my chat transcript from today. I WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE TO AVOID THIS COMPANY! I am so disappointed.
