I had one obstacle. I have a new computer with a trial version of Office 365. Because of this, My activation code would not work. I called support and an awesome tech named "Dave" talked me through deleting the installed trial software and then activated my new Office Home & Student by phone. I am very happy with my purchase and the excellent support. It would probably be helpful if this info was on the purchase website however that installed Office trials should be deleted before activating the new software.
Dave was excellent. He identified my problem immediately and talked me through rectifying the situation.
