Customer service fails to answer complaints even while contacting multiple times. Fraudulent activity. They charged my card even after contacting them to refund my order. Do not order from their website! You can't get a refund from ordering. Bad business practices.
Tip for consumers:
Do not order items off their website. If you have a problem with an order, they never respond. Many reports on the BBB for this company with similar problems.
