I had recently booked a two hour class, I spent almost 1 hour and 40 minutes on the phone to technical services who took control of my computer WITHOUT permission while I was away.
They apologized but I still feel it was a breach of my privacy.
Out of the classes I had, I would say only 3 were successful.
All others were failures.
I had nothing but sound problems, Java application issues and relentless pop ups interfering with the class.
A TOTAL JOKE and WASTE OF MONEY
