I did a coule of images at the free trial, and decided to try a month. Paid $9.99, "cancel any time". I then went to disable the "auto renew" and then use up my month to decide if I wanted another month. I loathe "auto renews", so I always do this, but generally will renew on my own.
When I went to cancel the auto renew, I had to "click on the link" they would send me, which they'd never send. (They had no problem sending me a receipt 10 minutes before, when I'd paid them).
I emailed them. Nothing. I finally get an email asking for all my account deatils.
I send them.
Nothing.
I forwarded them the info 2 more times asking to cancel.

When they finally canceled, they took away the credits I had purhcased, but did not refund me any money at all. I wanted the credits that I paid for. I was not asking for a refund.

So now, they have charged my credit card (which I am canceling, since I now don't trust them) and have given me nothing in return but the 20 or so (out of 200) credits I used.

As far as quality, I was actually pretty happy with the software and the results, but I'm going to stick with Topaz and just buy the stand alone software from them instead. :(
