Easy so far. Tell you more when (if) stuff eventually arrives
Well. The actual site is good but my experience with these people leads me to class them as $#*!. They are very big on eBay and also trade via the Amazon machine.
I bought some Maxell DVD-RW on eBay and some goods arrived quite promptly.
However they were not what I had paid for, being, purportedly, a Verbatim branded product.
Obviously I reported the matter immediately and after a huge delay was presented with a mass of evasive delay tactics eventually leading to silence.
Only when I doubted that Babz was selling genuine product did I get a more normal response advising me to return the goods on the promise that they would exchange them and pay my costs of return.
Well so far {20May2012} -nothing, and they will not communicate.
Frankly eBay is $#*! at customer service and will not help.
Naturally I am pretty cross and am down by GBP 21:75 +5:60.
I will stick to Amazon in future.
My research reveals that Babz is a truly massive eBay trader but is operated in a way, and by some persons, that give rise to quite a number of questions that I had better not list here for legal reasons.
From my personal experience: STAY WELL CLEAR in spite of the fact that eBay shows many, many good feedbacks.
