“Poor Customer Service”

The company is quite old and has a good reputation. But their internal processes seem to be messed up. There was a slight change in my order, and they charged a huge amount for it. Their customer service team had no answer to my questions and seemed more like salespeople than CS experts. I won't recommend this company ever.
