I received an unsolicited phone call from the company. They gave me a bunch of information regarding renting out my weeks. I thought it sounded good... until an upfront fee was mentioned. This seemed suspicious. I was to provide an upfront fee, with 4-6 weeks at $399 each, totaling $1596 - $2394. I was told that I would make a profit... who doesn't want to make a profit? I looked up the phone number provided, which pointed me to "Ocean Financing." Upon further investigation, the RCI issued a consumer FRAUD ALERT for this very situation.
Renting out your RCI is actually grounds for removal from the program.
"CHS", "corporate housing systems", and "corphousingsys.com" are not listed anywhere on the RCI website. I won't be giving the company any of my money today. When an offer seems too good to be true... it usually is.
BEWARE and always do your research. Call RCI directly with any questions.

We are not listed on the RCI website because we are not associated with RCI. Again, we understand your concerns, your information has been removed from our system.
