I bought a dress for Xmas and it arrived after weeks. The size was too big. I asked to exchange to smaller size. Then after many weeks I still did not receive it.
So I cancelled the exchange.
I did nit get the refund. So I called and they said they need to review. After weeks I got the old bog dress without even tissue like used dress,
They still did not approve return,
It was the most unpleasant experience shipping online
Also the site is slow!
Tip for consumers:
The customer service was bad and the shipping is the worst. And even with their mistake they refused to return. They have the worst shipping and packaging management
