Got the Dr. Fone was still within the 7 days did keep trying to see if it worked for me but it didn't was trying to get a refund, talked to an agent trying to explain what exactly is going on but wasn't able to let me speak and when he did he interrupted immediately after i was going over the return policy got to the point that he started to blame my device anything to not give me a refund. Total waste of money. Probably wouldn't be so mad if the agent let me speak.
