SAVE YOURSELF FROM WHAT I HAD TO GO THROUGH AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!
Read the fine print on materials, and their 'no return, no refund policy! Needed a 'leather' chair to match my real 'leather' sofa which is still perfect after 20 years! I thought i that had found it. I ordered the chair and paid up front the $700 plus delivery. Supposedly brand new, and it came with the chair stitching already separating. I called back within the hour that it was delivered. I was questioned about it, and told that I could have a 'repair' person sent to me!
I refused to be left with a 'repaired' brand new $700 chair! Then I was told I could have it swapped. Between receiving a chair in need of repair, I further found that the the $700 chair had 'Plastic' legs! Not even wood! As well as the chair material being mostly vinyl, and very little real leather! But, still priced like a real leather chair! I was told when I asked for a full refund because of the ridiculousness of the whole story, I was told of their No Refund Policy! Even on top of it all! I still wanted to talk to the store manager, but was told that my message would be left, and I would receive a call back. I also told them that I do not want any replacement either! I never received a return call, and by the following monday, they sent a crew to 'swap' out the chair! I sent them back with both chairs, and still i never heard from anyone!
Overpriced cheap furniture!
No concern for any customer satisfaction!
Worst return policy!
Store managers who could care less!
If you are not ok with all of that?
You can always choose a 'store credit!'
With the refusal to give me my refund, I had go to my bank to get involved, to have my $725 'taken back!'
Save yourself from what I had to go through and shop elsewhere!
