I purchased a feature 5 days ago that hasn't been activated yet. I've tried to contact them in every way possible. When I call, it says try back later because the mailbox is full. They haven't returned my emails and the live chat isn't even live. Worst customer service ever. I'm still waiting for them to respond so I can post my site.
