Overall I have had a positive experience. The wrong lamp was sent to me originally and I had to email customer support. They asked for some pictures and had me try a few things, but without too much hassle sent a replacement lamp. I am disappointed however that they shipped the replacement with the regular USPS option when I had originally paid for 3 day shipping. Seems like they would at least ship the same speed I originally paid for or faster. I have not received the replacement lamp yet. I will update if needed.
