Honestly, I could not have had a better experience with this company. The first cover I ordered came with a corner cracked and some pieces missing. Bakflip allowed me to ship it back no issues and sent out a new one right away. The second MX4 came and looks better than the first one, with what looks like heavier rubber seals and a cleaner surface. The only thing negative to say, is the kit comes with a cheap foam weather strip you put on the bulkhead of the truck. The installation video shows the guy installing the MX4 with a rubber weather strip. I went to home depot and bought the same rubber weatherstipping as in the video and installed that insead. Seems to provide a better fit.
