I've been working with Primetherapist for about three weeks now. I was definitely at my "rock bottom" when the consular and I first started talking and also I wasn't sure how this was going to go. I had never opened up so fast to somebody. I felt like I could trust her right away. My improvement from where I was to where I am now, I've performed a lot of work. I had to do a lot for myself to get this focused on my mental health and I definitely appreciate Primetherapist being one of my guides during this chapter.
