I write this understanding that Covid has created much difficulty for companies needing to supply and ship within the US. I also write having read their web pages on both shipping and the Covid situation. It still stands that I purchased a tent, the money was taken (for expedited shipping, as well), no confirmation or shipping has been indicated within the very specific timeline they give, and there is *nobody* on the ends of their live chat, phones, or email contacts.
They indicate they truly, really will ship a tent within a day of purchase. It says they may not get back to a customer quickly because they are working during Covid. But this late in the game, with ample time for vaccinations and adjusting to the new norm, the website should reflect reality and if they aren't responding to customers, they shouldn't be taking orders. Now I need to go through the process of finding out how to cancel when their website cancellation doesn't seem to work, and I need to find a replacement less than 2 weeks prior to my event.
Not working with them in the future. There is no way this kind of situation rates a high BBB score.
