I rate the service with one star due to its poor quality. Mr. David displays a lack of empathy towards customer concerns, responds slowly, and the cancellation process is excessively slow. Additionally, the associated fees are exorbitant. As the saying goes in my household, "less expensive is often very expensive," and this perfectly describes the drawbacks of this site – I recommend avoiding it.
