On August 8th I ordered a simple product. A week or 2 later they sent me an email confirmation, with a link that goes nowhere. After 7 chats, 6 emails, and one telephone call, I cannot find where my product went or if it was even ordered.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use this site they have a phony customer support and you never get your product.
