Please don't make the same mistake that we did.
Unfortunately, our kids stayed at one of these properties that this company manages, and were charged with a repair to a gas log fireplace that was not working upon their arrival. (In hindsight, always report everything that is broken when staying at a rental, ASAP.) The pilot light had to be replaced and they charged our kids with the expense of $200. The pilot light has nothing to do with the claim they stated that the kids roasted marshmallows on it, like two kids from the country would have done that anyway! LOL!

When the property management office was called 5x, they would not return any calls. Then conveniently when they do start answering, we are out of the grace period of time to complain. Then she told us to prove that we called, (easy enough, phone call records), that they would take off the charges. (They did not) They will not refund the money, nor give me the contact information to talk to the Board of Directors, nor let me post anything on their Facebook page. At this point, it is not about the money, it is about the dishonesty and disrespect.

Tip for consumers:
Find another rental company so you don't get charged like we did. OR if you have to rent from them, make sure you check everything as soon as you get there and right before you leave to make sure everything is working. Document everything!
