I'm done with Shapermint.
After a year of working from home, I decided to start wearing more comfortable bras. I bought a number of Truekind bras based on the ads in my Pinterest feed. The bras weren't exactly perfect for me, but I'm an odd size. (I wear a 32F.)They certainly were more comfortable than my old, exorbitantly expensive underwire bras. I also bought some shapewear that was a little too big to be effective.
Shapermint's sizing calculator doesn't seem to be accurate for me. I should've just guessed my size.
I later ordered a few bras for my mom (who has dementia and needs something supportive and easy to wear)
None of the bras really fit; the band on mine is too loose and rolls up, the band for my mom's bras are too tight and the provided extender digs in - however they're affordable and more comfortable than anything else I have right now.
I ordered a few bras for my teenage daughter about a month ago. She's built like me with a small torso and a large cup size. I can't speak for how those bras fit…because they haven't arrived yet.
I've reached out to customer service several times about the delayed order. They say it's the shipping carrier's fault and offer me coupons. At this point, I've bought all the bras I ever will from this company.
Online businesses need to be very careful to fulfill orders in a timely manner. Amazon's products arrive in a few days and they set a benchmark.
Shapermint sends out a barrage of marketing spam…an avalanche of sales and coupons and reminders. I get several emails and texts from them every day. It's annoying and I resent the fact that they're trying to sell me more bras but haven't gotten me the damn bras I ordered a month ago.
Shapermint is a mediocre company with a less than fantastic product, an irritating marketing strategy, and problems with their shipping carrier.
Tip for consumers:
be aware that this is a company that is over enthusiastic about sending sales material and under enthusiastic about delivering their products.

I have nothing but positive feedback for Sarees Palace.
I've received two orders so far. The merchandise is absolutely lovely and good quality. The customer service is responsive. The prices are beyond reasonable. Their custom stitching is professional, however both garments in my second order were a little tight in the bust - I think it might be an issue with my measurements rather than their tailoring.
I've placed a 3rd order with adjusted measurements - hopefully everything fits perfectly this time.
Tip for consumers:
Double check your measurements while wearing the undergarments you plan to use with the outfit. Shipping was approximately 1 mo. from order for custom items - customer service seems to be responsive but don't expect too much unsolicited communication.

I bought 3 bras and received only 2 but they charged me for 3. In that same order they tacked on...
Product did not meet expectations, looks nothing like the picture. Keep getting the run around on...
