Late shipping, bad quality, they are from China, worst customer service EVER! This Emmoil seller is by far the worst online seller I've ever met in 20 years. My godchild sent me this site because he wanted clothes for X'mas. I ordered 5 pieces, they had to ship separately the clothes did not make it for X'mas gift I had to spend more money on his gift. Their quality is so bad their clothes are way overpriced. ALL of their clothes and pants are way smaller and shorter than their size charts on website. One sweatshirt had a big hole on cuff because it's not sewed right. I asked for return and refund, they offered 10% refund without having me to ship back the items, I refused, they increased to 30% and I still refused. We won't even wear them for the bad quality and small sizes we just wanted to return them. They said we had to pay for shipping if want to ship these clothing back to their China office even if I sent several emails telling them it's their clothes which did not meet quality control standard they should pay for the return cost. After several back and forth emails they just ignored my complaint email! I emailed them again saying I'd start spreading bad reviews to other shoppers to let them know how bad of quality and customer service your shop is all about, they replied. But they still only offered 30% refund. At that point I only wanted to give up dealing with this China shop and knew I had to take time letting all of you know how bad this seller is. Now I also have to just donate these cheap bad quality clothings to a charity. This is the worst experience in my life, seriously. People, they do not accept any return, even if it's their fault. Plus, they are in China, they know you have no other ways of dealing with them and getting all of your money back. They SUCK!

Just don't buy from this seller at all!
