The product caused a hive/rash type reaction on my skin. Because I had to reduce the times I could use the product, it wasn't showing effectiveness. So I chose to return it before the 2 week trial period was over. However, this proved to be a very difficult process. After emails back and forth, they went ahead and charged my credit card. Without having told me in any emails what to do to return it. They just kept asking me to call them. I told them I prefer a paper trail (email trail) for my records, I didn't hear back, just saw the charges. Now, through a phone call, I find to return it and get the refund I need to pay for the shipping and handling back to them. On top of the S&H to receive it, my cost for a product I can't use was $24.05. That is absolutely ridiculous and I warn everyone that regardless of whether you keep the product or not, the costs are over the top. They want $89.95 and $79.95 respectively PER MONTH for their product. They don't send trial sizes, they send the full size then make you pay for returning it even if it harmed your skin. I say get over yourselves.
It should also be noted that they say they have not received any complaints of adverse effects, however, this hive/rash reaction my skin had can't be a fluke. There have to be others out there who had the same reaction, so I wonder how truthful they are being about this. I'm nothing unique, so how can I be the only one who got a rash from it?
Hi Judy. Thank you for getting in touch and sharing your feedback with us, we really appreciate it. We don't really encourage late jumping, but it is true that it is a practice that is not against our terms and conditions. Please take into account that bidders who decide to stay silent and jump back at the end of the auction engage in more risk - the auction can end at any time before they are able to jump back. It is a matter of personal preference. When you jump back in the auction, you can conserve bids but you engage in the risk of the auction ending before that.
Hope this helps. If you have any questions or need any further clarification, please let me know.
