I ordered my grandaughter UGG boots. She sent me a picture of what she wanted from the store that included: Size. Color. Model #. My Granddaughter received them and they weren't the Tall they were short. The boots were a complete knock-off and the fit was even off.
I immediately got back in touch with them and asked for a Return Authorization. They responded with, "Dear my friend, if you want return first you need pay for the shipping fee by yourself. And need wait 1 or 2 months when we get the shoes check it new or not, if the boots news we will refund, if they are been worn we will can't refund, i think it is too expensive and long time, so you can give some one who suit it, then place a new order we will give you a discount, what do you think? Hope you can give us a chance. Thank you very much!

This has been going on for over two weeks. I explained to them the best I could, that I didn't want an exchange, I wanted a Full Refund. I have asked them to give me their return address and that hasn't happened either.
I am so disappointed in myself for even trying to order boots from a company that I didn't know and I didn't have any idea they were being shipped from China.
My suggestion is, if a company doesn't have their phone number on the website, don't deal with them.
