The photos and frames were terrific -- the customer service, not so much. I was charged the wrong amount two of the times that I purchased from them, and had to go through three customer service reps to finally clear up the mix-up. I gave them one last chance, and this time my photos were processed through a service that was across the country in Las Vegas. As a result, photos that had previously been processed within 72 hours now took 2 weeks! This time I spoke with three different representatives -- Gerson, Farah, and Emely. They had no explanation for why the inconsistent service. Then, when I was told that a supervisor would be jumping onto the messenger chat with me "shortly", I waited thirty minutes... TWICE... and no one came back on. So, beware. If you need your photos relatively quickly, when you purchase from them, be sure to indicate in the notes that you do NOT want your photos processed at a site across the country! And don't expect a quick or satisfying answer if there is a problem.
