I have not had any issues with Suddenlink and have been very pleased - until Covid-19 hit. It seems like many channels I would like to watch are not supported. Most recently, I wanted to access some movies on Free Form (not supported) so I went to the SuddenLink website to find out how to get access. The only option is to call in. Live chat is not working. I don't want to sit on hold for hours during my holiday weekend - I would like to spend that time with my daughter. I wish Suddenlink would have more options for access to customer service. Phones are outdated. Being an internet provider, one would think they would provide a working online support option.
