Interestingly enough all reviews on their website are positive. Funny that. Purchased this product as a Christmas gift. I ordered on the 2nd of December and was told by the HeySilky staff it would arrive by the 17th December (see attached email proof). Their email also states a 3-5 day shipping timeframe (also attached). They did not supply Australia Post with shipping information until the 14th December and the product did not arrive until the 28th of December. (I had told the staff member that if I didn't receive it by Christmas I would be returning it as it would be too late to which I received no response.) Consequently after Christmas, I asked to return it (return shipping at my own cost of course). I was asked for photos of the item to ensure I had not opened it which I supplied. They then inform me that a further $18.95 would be deducted from my refund to cover their 'free shipping' cost from when I purchased it. How is it free shipping? Then they tried to tell me it was 'their policy' which does not appear in any of the correspondence I received from them and when I searched for this, so-called policy online, it had been recently removed and I receive a 404 error message. Hey Silky are not bad at everything though... they're staff are very well trained at being passive-aggressive. Perhaps a rename to Hey Sulky?
Jokes aside though don't waste your time or money on these products.
