Well worth the fee and I will definitely use them again if needed. I researched them and found they use highly qualified professionals within the industry. My piece of porcelain wasn't worth what I hoped but the appraiser explained why it wasn't and I really appreciated that feedback.
I would definitely recommend to others. Good value, trustworthy, and the personal note from the appraiser was the icing on the cake. And the website is easy to understand and navigate.

Compare the pictures. First one is what I received and 2nd one is what is advertised on their site. Not the same shoe. The zipper tabs are plastic, there are no frayed edges, the fabrics looks like a cheap pair of jeans, and no leather-look tab on the outside of the shoe. There also is a strong smell of airplane glue which I assume means the shoe is mostly glued together. I ordered them May 7, my card was charged $33.99 on May 9 and I finally received them on June 4. Quite honestly I'm concerned about the materials and wouldnt wear them even if they were attractive, which they're not. I learned my lesson about ordering off Instagram. I'm just glad it wasn't too expensive a lesson because I see from other posts that returns are impossible.
Tip for consumers:
This company operates from China and posts directly to Instagram with no US middleman. My credit card company noted that their charge was an "international charge" from China. I'm still very concerned they have my card number.
