When reps from DIRECT TV approached me and said they had a better system than DISH I believed them and changed cable network. The statement was not true. Since I have had DIRECT TV it has been nothing but a problem. TV blacks out, loose sound system freezes whether the program is live or recorded. I have spoken to the techs they send out and they tell me there is nothing they can do since it is a problem within the system. This has gone on for two years and the best DIRECT TV will offer is $30.00 off my bill for the next year. Would you stay with a company that constantly gives you poor service and has you frustrated daily while watching TV. Where is DISH. I would not recommend DIRECT TV to anyone. If you have DIRECT TV SEND A LETTER TO THE CEO if he is not aware of this he should be. Maybe if enough of us complain something will be done. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING WITH DIRECT TV! MY CONTRACT IS UP IN APRIL.
