Do NOT order Nestle hazelnut Coffeemate through the mail(like from an on-line grocery store). The consistency is as of sweetened condensed milk, and this is WITHOUT putting it in the refrigerator. When I made the mistake of putting my creamer into the fridge, it became even worse. What liquid creamer does NOT go in the refrigerator? OBVIOUSLY, this one. Even with leaving it in a cool place, (NOT refrigerator), it was sludge. It did NOT look like liquid creamer, nor did it TASTE like liquid creamer. NASTY! I ended up dumping BOTH containers down the sink, and it took 15 minutes for the hot water to turn 50 fl. Oz into liquid, so that it would go down the drain. Too bad, I got a package deal, for BOTH containers were un-useable! :( :( :(

Tip for consumers:
Save your money, and do NOT buy this product. I had to dump both containers down the sink.

I ordered a bra and some underwear, and ALL were in stock when I placed my order on-line, but then they back-ordered my bra another 3 weeks. It had already been 3 weeks. The underwear came, and fit fine, but I REALLY needed the bra. I was not willing to wait another 3 weeks and more for one silly bra. It is not right to list something IN STOCK, when I am placing an order on-line, but then back order part of the order. It was an order for over $100.00 too. Their underwear was rather expensive, but then, so was the bra. It took over 3 weeks just to get the underwear. I wasn't going to wait the rest of my life, to get the bra. IT WAS RUDE, so I cancelled the bra. I will go elsewhere from now on. They did refund the money on the bra which is why they got the 3rd star. If something is NOT in stock, it should NOT be listed as "in stock"! :( Also, do not EVER give them your e-mail address, for they will FLOOD your e-mail with advertisements.

Update: After cancelling the bra, they charged me again for the same bra. What an expensive bra! :( They double-charged me for an item that I cancelled! Not only am I NOT getting the bra, but another $24.00 was taken off my debit card. So, basically they STOLE $48.00 from me---and this is after cancelling the bra. I am soooo angry that I could spit nails.

Tip for consumers:
Buy somewhere else, for can you really afford to be charged twice for a product that you cancel?

Products used:
the underwear, for the bra was CANCELLED due to it being back-ordered.

One would think that by placing an order on-line and paying for it in full at time of ordering, that one would get it in a timely fashion, BUT NOT WITH Miles Kimball! I ordered 2 items, of which BOTH were in stock when I ordered them on 11/02/2020 and they STILL have not even shipped as of 11/09/20. They are still in the processing stage, and when I tried to cancel, they told me that they could not cancel them, that it was too late! How can it be too late, if the items are STILL in processing? If you have an ETERNITY to wait for their items, go ahead, but I would suggest going elsewhere that is a little quicker. They have NEVER been this slow, and when I called to cancel, it was difficult to understand as the voices were choppy. They would NOT cancel my order.

Tip for consumers:
Go Ahead and order, if you want to wait FOREVER to get the items, for OBVIOUSLY, they have better things to do than ship your order in a prompt manner. Their on-line catalog is very appealing and it is quite easy to find things. It is also very easy to place an order. Too bad they don't think that they EVER have to ship your items. They have no concept of time. It is quite sad really, for they USED to be a good company!!! :( :( :(
