Contacted company about Fraser engine that was in my truck when I bought it, just wanted to get the warranty transferred. Lady answered and transferred me to a gentleman, I proceeded to ask my question, he stopped me mid question, and said " so you didn't directly purchase the engine from us" I said no, and proceeded to tell him that it was installed in a truck I purchased a few months before I bought it and still had warranty but be he abruptly hung up the phone on me about 2 seconds into me explaining that I bought the truck with the engine already installed. He mumbled something and slammed the phone down when he hung up so I know it wasn't a connection issue.Extremely unprofessional and I'll never directly do business with Fraser now and will never buy another vehicle that has a Fraser engine, fingers crossed it at least lasts the warranty period so I don't have to call these people back.
