Kiwidrug guarantees 100% satisfaction and they mean it. I had slight glitch with recent order, and they immediately corrected it. They sent correct product with free expedited shipping. Any other company might have said it wasn't their fault, contact the shipper, etc, but not Kiwidrug. It wasn't their fault but they took responsibility. How rare is that!? Julie C.
