I ordered my dream bag, and was so excited! The service was excellent, and they told me how to handle every step. Unfortunately, my bag was taken at Customs.
The great service continued, as they helped me decide to reorder, and then kept in touch as we waited for all of the shipping services to restart after the COVID-19 virus slowed delivery.
