I searched for my size and brand of shoe and it came up as available for sale at a very reasonable price - and miraculously, they only had my exact size. What luck! Only, they emailed me the next day and told me they are sorry, but they don't have this model in stock after all. Would I like to apply my credit towards another model? While they did immediately refund my money as requested, they still show up in my search for that model and size shoe.
