Edit: After many emails, back and forth they honoured their special offer. It's heartening to think that they will have a dialogue with a (persistent) disgruntled customer and not just ignore them - which has led to me revising my one-star review into a 4-star one. I really wish that they would listen properly to the original complaint and not just brush it off.
