Lenskart and their shipping partner FEDEX messed the paper work on some certifications required in order to import the glasses to the USA. Now me ( the customer) have to invest time and effort trying to sort out this issue between the manufacturer and the shipper ( they should pay me for my time!) Lenskart phone support can only say over and over " I understand " but can not seem able to understand that this is an issue between them and the carrier. Calling FEDEX is a waste of time as they put you on hold on the provided telephone number forever.
