Stay far away from M&A BD Electronics. I've been trying for 2 weeks to get a faulty charger they sent me replaced. They had me send multiple emails and numerous videos of the charger just to pass me off to the Efest company. After speaking with Efest they told me that M&A BD ELECTRONICS should have replaced the charger per the warranty. All M&A BD ELECTRONICS wants is your money from the sell and then to move on to the next. They don't stand behind what they sell and they don't stand behind the products warranty. Now they will not respond to my Emails. I'm stuck with a expensive faulty charger that doesn't work.
Tip for consumers:
This company will only sell the items but they don't accept returns and no refunds along with not replacing faulty items per the manufacturer warranty. They will only tell you to contact the manufacturer if you have a faulty purchase. Once they get your money your on your own.

Thank you for your comment. We were waiting for the manufacturer to confirm whether the charger is fixable or not. The customer just can't wait until we receive the decision from the manufacturer. The decision has been made by the manufacturer and the replacement has been shipped. About the 2-week time frame, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we can't take any further action until we receive a clear answer from the manufacturer. Thank you and have a nice day.
