Confusion about the company that ships product vs the company name of the online website vs the company that takes payment and assists with the sales and orders.
Pricing is good and selection is fairly broad too.
Purchasing and shipping and prices are good, but the packing slip is not helpful.
The info on it doesn't match. The order # listed isn't even the same format as the order number on the website under "account,". And the product numbers on the packing slip are also not even the same format as on the website when I review my previous orders. The names of the products on the packing slip do not differentiate between the various styles in that manufacturer's line. I ordered Ease opaque and Ease chevrons, but the packing list states neither of these. So, I'm not sure if I got the right products or if the paper work at this company is just awful or both!
I've had good service in the past.
Mostly it's easy to find what I need, but sometimes there is information missing from the thumbnails. Then I have to open each thumbnail in order to identify the specific product I'm looking for. Ie Ease opaque vs sheer, etc.
Good service and good prices. Bern shopping here for quite a few years.
I was very happy to find the chocolate Stevita on your site. It has been difficult to find, especially at a good price. It was delivered on time, or maybe a head of expected date. Very satisfied.

I purchased from a lighting fixture company directly - or so I thought. And all of a sudden I started getting emails from build. Com welcoming me into their... whatever(?)
I don't know who or what they are and I don't want to- and I don't care. It seems they are just another layer in the way of what I am trying to accomplish.
