After waiting for three days they finally told me it's my fault to its death because I sprayed very little alcohol to disinfect the FedEx box before I opened it? I can't believe it because they told me they didn't understand COVID and said no research shows any surfaces or objects can carry COVID virus. Even if they told me the weather was too cold to ship it at first, I won't be so angry. I'm very disappointed, bad customer service!
