I have ordered several times from JustFab. I enjoy their shoes and clothes. This order was a pretty big one. It was broken up into three different packages that came at different times. That is fine but I was not notified that this would be the case. Thus I had to get in touch with customer service. He told me it was packed in two boxes (which is obviously wrong) when I got the second box and was still missing shoes I assumed there would be a third one on the way. Just annoying. Also none of the boxes had a receipt or inventory list in it.
