GARBAGE! WARNING! Do not buy this product. I bought the Kurly kids bundle for my daughter with curly hair and it literally made her hair dull and her curls fall out. When I reached out for the process of a return they denied my return and said that if they proceeded to return an item that was used people would use it to fraud their product. I offered to send pictures even. My nice email requesting a return label was responded to with aggression and accusations of fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I am now out 70 dollars and feel like i have been robbed. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life.

Also one of the products in my bundle was defective and they wont even accept that back. What an utter waste of money!
