Do not order from this company, they are not legit!

I ordered longans and rambutan. I just received my order for the longans today after waiting for about 2 weeks and boy am I disappointed and furious. I opened up the USPS box that they came in to find that they had only given me a freezer bag full of longans which were still on the branches. I came to the conclusion that this was only done to take up space in the bag. I was expecting to receive them in abundance in a good size box for thirty dollars. It seems as though someone is running this company out of their home and when someone places an order they run to their backyard grab a few fruits, throw them in a zip lock bag, runs to the post office and ships them off if your lucky. Usually when you order from a company inside the box or package you will receive an order form and I didn't even more evidence that they are not legit.

I am currently waiting for the rambutan and I am so afraid of what I am going to receive and I paid $40 dollars for those. This business clearly needs to be shut down! All together my order came up to about $90 dollars for some fruit that came in a freezer bag and I don't know how the next package is coming. I wish I would have looked them up before I made an order, smh. An asian lady who got me hooked to the fruits thought I was crazy to have paid that much for those fruit, she told me that I could have gone to a fruit market here and got those fruit for so much cheaper and that I was ripped off big time.

Common since would say if you want to keep a good reputation and keep customer do good business so that they will come back. I guarantee that its only brand new customers that their getting business from because its surely not the one that have experienced their bad service. A red flag should have also went up when I first called about my order at the end of the conversation I asked his name and he said Dr. so and so I don't remember the name he said but I know it started off with Dr. I thought to myself why would I be talking to a customer service rep that had Dr. in the front of their name. I can guarantee that I will never purchase from them again, I will just have to go without those good fruits.

P.S. Even though I ordered the fruit at the same time they charged me double times for shipping and handling, so they charged me $10 for the longans and $10 for the rambutan. I really hope more people report them!
