It was very easy to order the phone, every part of the service was quick, but When you want to return the phone is when you have a problem. They say it will take 14 days for it to be completed, once they receive the phone, which they did. I called them periodically during the 14 days to get an update, every time I called up I was given an excuse:
"Try calling the network you have got the phone with"
I called the network and they told me to call Phones.co.uk. Phones.co.uk said:
"Give it a few more days"
"Give it the full 14 days"
When I went over the 14 days, I was given this response:
"I will try and contact our returns department and send you an email"
I didn't receive an email from them and will likely have to pay the early termination fee with the network as the contract has not been cancelled in time.
