I ordered an outfit 5 weeks prior to a wedding. I received a confirmation email that the order was being shipped immediately and should be here (in the US) in plenty of time for the wedding. I also mentioned I may have to have it altered so time was of the essence and was reassured it would be here in good time - I even paid extra for 7-10 day shipping. I ordered the item on 3/23 and it was not shipped until 4/2 - 9 days later. Robin keeps saying to "be patient" but its not about being patient, it's about not having an outfit to wear to a wedding.
I received the outfit on Friday 4/15 - 24 days after ordering! It is very large, drags the ground over my feet and the top hangs down to my waist. I sent them photos and ask to return for refund b/c it does not fit my measurements as was provided in the beginning and their response was to have it altered. Really? I am 5 days away from the wedding and to have it altered would cost a fortune and take at least a couple of weeks. I have gone back and forth with them and all they will offer is $45 refund on a $156 suit that I will never be able to wear - and wouldn't want to now as they have made this entire event a nightmare. I want to take it out and burn it! They are truly scamming people out of their money and reselling returned merchandise over and over.
Also, their headquarters address on the website changes to different locations frequently - originally the showed they were based out of London (which is not true b/c they are in China) and now they are in Nicosia, Cyprus. Check it out for a few days and watch it change. What legitimate company does this?
