Placed an order in Oct for running shoes- exchanged for a larger size- shoe seam split in December and I provided documentation to support claim- claim accepted and approved for a return - but refund not issued. What followed was a nightmare -several customer service persons, acceleration to Supervisors- useless. April 3 no refund= reported to Capital One - Adidas lied about refund- good thing I have 17 pages of communication to support my claim. Do not try to contact Head Office in Woodbridge - total run around - no one answers the phone or can provide you with info. Packed up the claim I sent to Capital One and sent it c/o CEO Adidas Canada - Am waiting to here from Capital One and whoever ends up with my claim at Adidas.Adidas staff have no clue about their documentaion, return and refund process. Keep all your contact with them, they lie.Forgot to mention, they were willing to give me a double the amount over 300.00 gift card to resolve issue - NO - I want nothing more to do with Adidas give me my refund.
